Analytics Assessment
Know exactly where your analytics stand
Our Analytics Assessment is a comprehensive audit of your web analytics environment, covering your analytics platform, tag management, reporting dashboards, and supporting configurations. The result is a clear, prioritized picture of what is working, what is broken, and what poses a risk to your data or your users' privacy.
Analytics Maturity — What You'll Achieve
After completing this package, you'll know which of your marketing channels are affected by inaccurate data. You'll receive an itemized report explaining the business impact of each issue and the investment required to fix it, along with a roadmap for fixing all of the issues -- starting with the most impactful problems.

Data Trust Critical Improvement Package
Fix critical issues identified in an assessment: guaranteed, at a fixed price
Although most companies' analytics have different things wrong with them, we can fix all the critical issues within this fixed price and period of time. This is a guaranteed package aimed at ensuring your ecommerce data, lead generation data, referrer data, and engagement data are fundamentally correct — with only minor exceptions.
Analytics Maturity — What You'll Achieve
After completing this package, the guesswork is over. Your most critical data quality issues — broken conversion events, attribution problems, bad form tracking — will be fixed, tested, and signed off. What you see in your dashboards will reflect what's actually happening on your site.
What’s Included
- Ecommerce event accuracy corrections (purchase, add-to-cart, checkout funnel, product attributes)
- Lead generation event tracking fixes (form submissions, quote requests, sign-ups)
- Referrer and channel attribution cleanup and UTM governance
- Engagement metric validation (scroll depth, session quality, time on site)
- Post-implementation validation testing and sign-off
Not In Scope
- Data warehouse work (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
- Custom attribution models
- Marketing mix models (MMM)
- Updates or changes to existing custom reports or dashboards
Note: This package is designed for teams who already know where their data problems are — whether from a prior assessment or their own internal review.
Server-Side Tracking
Recover lost signal. Measure what's actually happening.
Browser-based tracking is increasingly unreliable — iOS privacy settings, ad blockers, and third-party cookie restrictions mean a growing share of user actions are never recorded. We configure your analytics environment to deliver data in a first-party, server-side context, which increases cookie lifespan and significantly improves user identification accuracy.
Analytics Maturity — What You'll Achieve
After completing this package, your conversion data stops disappearing into a black box. You'll recover the signal lost to ad blockers, iOS privacy settings, and cookie restrictions — which means your ad platforms get cleaner data to bid against, your audience sizes grow, and your reported ROAS gets closer to reality.
What’s Included
- Server-side tag management container setup and configuration
- First-party data collection pipeline (data sent from your server, not the browser)
- Meta (Facebook) Conversion API (CAPI) implementation
- TikTok Events API implementation
- GA4 server-side tracking implementation
- Google Ads enhanced conversions implementation
- Extended first-party cookie configuration for improved user identification
- Deduplication logic to prevent double-counting browser and server events
- CRM integration (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Note: Server-side tracking requires a Google Cloud Platform account. Infrastructure runs approximately $100/month, billed directly to you by Google.

Common Questions
Do I need to complete a package first?
We recommend starting with our Analytics Assessment so both teams have a clear baseline. That said, it isn't a hard requirement — reach out and we'll discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Engagements renew annually, and you're welcome to move up or down at renewal. Mid-year upgrades are also available if your needs change.
What counts as an 'ad-hoc report request'?
Any request for a one-off analysis or data pull that falls outside your standing reports — for example, a deep-dive on a specific campaign, a cohort comparison, or a custom export for a presentation.
Who does the work?
Real humans. Every tier is staffed by experienced analytics practitioners, not automated tooling. The We Steer tier guarantees senior-level review on all monthly reporting.
